Simply complete the vendor application below. Once we review your application and determine that your products are a good fit for Jimbo’s Farmers Market, you’ll receive an email with the next steps. Approved vendors will receive access to the Vendor Portal, where they can reserve booth spaces, register for upcoming markets, and manage their vendor account.

We welcome farmers, ranchers, bakers, food producers, artisans, crafters, makers, and other small businesses offering high-quality products. Our goal is to create a balanced market with a diverse selection of vendors.
We do not accept Direct Sales and MLM vendors, resellers, unpermitted food, and counterfeit goods.

Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. During busy application periods, it may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

To provide the best experience for both vendors and shoppers, booth locations are assigned by the Jimbo's Farmers Market team. We thoughtfully place vendors to create a balanced market, reduce direct competition between similar products, and accommodate special considerations such as sun exposure for temperature-sensitive items, accessibility, and overall customer flow. Every placement is made with the success of our vendors and the overall market experience in mind.
If you have a specific booth need or accommodation request, please let us know during the application process, and we'll do our best to accommodate it whenever possible.

Our markets operate rain or shine whenever conditions are safe. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances requiring cancellation, vendors will be notified as early as possible through the Vendor Portal and email.

Booth fees vary by market location and event. Current pricing will always be displayed when registration opens inside the Vendor Portal.

No. Vendors are welcome to participate in as many or as few markets as they choose. Simply register for the events that fit your schedule through the Vendor Portal.

All vendors are required to maintain general liability insurance throughout their participation in Jimbo’s Farmers Market.
Your Certificate of Liability insurance must list Jimbo’s Farmers Market, LLC as an Additional Insured.
